The 2006 staff survey

Each year, a staff survey is conducted to assess the views of staff and to find out ways of improving staff input to the development of BCH, through training and mentoring:

• 88% of staff say they can explain the objectives of the company
• 87% say they can explain how their personal contribution helps achieve company objectives
• 75% believe their work is recognized and valued
• 70% get satisfaction from the job they do with the company
